Take your basic skills one step further in this class. Learn how to color fondant and cover a pre-made cake. We will also explore some designs to decorate your cake that will surely make your guests say WOW!

In this beginners class you will learn the techniques of cutting, filling and assembling a pre-made cake. From there, practice how to use a piping bag and learn simple designs such as rosettes, shell borders and basket weave. At the end of class take home the creation you made in class
