Chocolate Class
Take your chocolate obsession to the next level - learn to make your own!! Whether you turn them into an impressive gift or keep them all to yourself - mum's the word! ;)
We'll demonstrate how to temper couverture chocolate (the high-end stuff). See how ganache, the base used to make chocolate truffles, is made, then practice scooping and rolling ready truffle mix in a variety of toppings. Make several other goodies, including toffee, chocolate turtles and other "dippables": marshmallows, pretzels and potato chips. Take all your creations home to dazzle you family and friends...or not. We won't tell if you don't share.
