Candy Demo w/Chef Todd Kunkleman      

In this demonstration class you will learn some trade secrets from Chef Todd Kunkleman who has worked as a Pastry Chef in some of Chicago's top restaurants- Sepia, Girl and The Goat and Owen and Engine to name a few.

Each student will take home an assortment of sweets demonstrated in class:
  • Vanilla Bean Marshmallows
  • Salted Caramels
  • Passion Fruit Pate de Fruit
  • Milk Chocolate Haystacks
*There will be some "hands-on" work for students
