Candy Making 07/15/10: Basic Cake Decorating @ Sweet Collective
  Adult Cooking Classes, Child & Adult Classes, Childrens Classes    

In this beginners class you will learn the techniques of cutting, filling and assembling a pre-made cake. From there, practice how to use a piping bag and learn simple designs such as rosettes, shell borders and basket weave. At the end of class take home the creation you made in class
