Ginger Bread Houses
Santa will be so impressed! Top off your homey holiday decorations with your very own gingerbread house. We will have a pre-baked and already assembled house waiting for you when you arrive for class. Then it will be your turn to pick from a large variety of ready candies and ingredients to lavishly decorate your home sweet home. You will learn a few piping and designing techniques to help put the finishing touches on your mini mansion. You will then take your 8" x 7", 6" high house home with you!
10am-12:30pm session recommended for ages 8-12;
2:00pm-4:30pm session recommended for ages 12 and older.
Everyone will take home the goodies they decorate in class.

In this 3-hour workshop you will learn how to make all these classic American pies from scratch: Apple, Pecan and Pumpkin! Chef Alekka will share her favorite recipes with you and show you how to mix, roll and form an unbeatable dough to achieve pie perfection. You will be able to take your own three mini pies home with you or devour them on the spot--it may be hard to decide!
Everyone will take home the goodies they made in class.
