Group Classes Prices:
Small Group Instruction at Area Kitchens (4-12 people):

Private Classes Prices:   In-home or Venue Rental Available
Couples Cooking:
Customizable 3 Course Meal for 2 - 12 people: Price Range
  1 - 6 Couples ($300 per couple) $300 to $1800
Private Instruction:
Customized Instruction for 1 - 3 people: Flat Fee
  One on One Private Lesson (1-3 people) $300 flat fee
Adult Classes:
Customized Instruction for 3 - 12 adults: Price Range
  3 - 4 Adults ($100 pp) $300 to $400
  5 - 8 Adults ($85 pp) $425 to $680
  9 - 12 Adults ($75 pp) $675 to $900
Children's Classes: (ages 8-16)
Customized Instruction for 3 - 12 children: Price Range
  3 - 4 Children ($100 - $75 pp) $300
  5 - 8 Children ($65 pp) $325 to $520
  9 - 12 Children ($55 pp) $495 to $660
Larger Events:

GROUP CLASS POLICIES:

REGISTRATION : Advance class registration is required. ONLINE registration is recommended. This will enter you right in our class roster which is hosted by Eventbrite. Class tickets (pdf form) will be sent to your email address along with other class details. Please bring your ticket(s) to class for entry.
PAYMENTS : Advance payment is required to secure your spot in the class. We use Eventbrite for the registration and payment collection for our class. It is trusted and secure.
CLASS MINIMUM/RESCHEDULING: In order to hold the class, there must be 6-12 students registered for the class 72-hours prior to the class. If the class minimum of 6 participants is not met by that time, we reserve the right to reschedule the class at which time you will be offered a class credit for a future class within the same price range.

CANCELLATIONS: We require 3 DAY CANCELLATION NOTICE if you won't be able to attend your scheduled group class. If you must cancel and give 3-days notice, you will be offered a class credit for a future class within the same price range. If less than 3-days notice is given, you will forfeit your payment and may not be eligible for a class credit as we have already made preparations for your attendance. There are NO REFUNDS, however you may be eligible for a class credit or rescheduling if enough notice is given. We will make every effort to work with you to reschedule your class/event however, please be thoughtful of our time and materials. We've closed out the class to others and have purchased materials and have prepared for your attendance.

PRIVATE CLASS POLICIES:

All Private Classes include the following:
• Custom menu consulation and preparation
• All shopping and menu ingredients
• Work station set up
• Individual copies of all recipes used during the class
• Use of aprons, cooking gizmos & gadgets during class
• Over 2 hours of hands-on professional cooking instruction
• Kitchen/work station clean-up after in-home class


UPON EVENT BOOKING:
RESERVATION FEE: We require a $50 deposit to reserve a date for your in-home class. Fee is due upon event booking and will be applied toward your final balance. Reservation fee is non-refundable if the event is cancelled. Make your online reservation fee here.
CREDIT CARD REQUIRED: We require a major credit card on file for all Private Events. We will contact you to get your credit card information upon booking. We will notify you before putting any charges on your card.
We will only charge your card if other payment methods/arrangements are not made.
DESTINATION FEE: We charge a $50 destination fee for distances 50 miles roundtrip or more from our office for our In-home classes. Enter your address here to see if a destination fee applies to your event.

CUSTOM MENUS: All in-home menus may be customized. After your event booking & reservation fee is received, you will be contacted by one of our Chefs to discuss the menu for your event.
SITE VISIT: We may need to schedule a site visit to the event location seven (7) days prior to In-home event in order to for proper planning for your event.

7 DAYS PRIOR to your Event:
50% DEPOSIT: A major credit card is required at class booking. A 50% deposit is due one week prior to class. Deposit will be applied to your credit card 7 days prior to your event unless other payment method/arrangements are made. Deposit is required to secure supplies/ingredients/materials and venue (if applicable) for your event.
FINAL GUEST COUNT: Final guest count is due no later than 7 days prior to your event ALONG WITH your final payment. This will allow enough time for planning, shopping and class preparation.
CANCELLATIONS: We require 7-DAY NOTICE OF CANCELLATION for a full refund of your deposit (less the reservation fee). If less than 7-Days, you will forfeit the deposit. Event may be rescheduled.

DAY OF your Event:
FINAL PAYMENT: Final payment is due and payable the day of your event. Your credit card on file will be charged the invoice amount prior to your event unless other payment method/arrangements are made. Gratuity is not included. You can also make your final payment via Paypal - http://www.givesugar.com/Payments-Classes.php or personal check, cashier's check or money order made payable to "Give Me Some Sugar". If paying by check, please pay your Chef.
